The royal family, and soon the world was delighted by these buttery desserts. Today, we pay homage with a sweet scalloped edge on our traditional madeleines. Each treat is individually wrapped – just thaw and enjoy!
Thaw and serve
Let defrost during 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or during 6 to 8 hours at 39°F (4°C).
