White Toque ships our goods within the continental 48 United States.
Where do you ship from?
We ship direct to you from New Jersey, California, and Florida.
How do you ship frozen products?
Our frozen goods are shipped with dry ice to secure the integrity of the product upon delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
While we do not offer free shipping, we do offer a $5 saving when orders reach $100. Free shipping is available for orders over $200
What is White Toque’s return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. Products will thaw, and will be wasted if they are shipped back. We are sorry, but health concerns prevent us from accepting these goods. For additional information, call us at (201) 863-2885 or e-mail us at email@example.com.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
When an order is placed and funded, we'll ship your package the same day or the following business day at the latest. Important: Orders placed on a Wednesday after 12pm are shipped out the following Monday.
Do you have a preferred carrier?
We ship our products using FedEx, or a local carrier such as GSO for California. We don’t use UPS or USPS.
How can I know the status of my order?
If you’d like to know the status of your order, go to your account and click on "Order Status.”. You'll be able to see if your order has shipped.
